If you need to cancel scheduled work, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation fees may apply and will be outlined in your service agreement. For emergency services, different cancellation terms may apply.

8. Property Access and Preparation

By scheduling our services, you agree to provide reasonable access to your property for our team to perform the necessary work. Please secure pets, remove valuable or fragile items from the work area, and clear the driveway or other areas where materials may be delivered or stored.

9. Insurance and Licensing

Oro Valley Roofing maintains all required insurance coverage and licensing in accordance with local regulations. Documentation is available upon request.

10. Limitation of Liability

Oro Valley Roofing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
